BME assembles a versatile range of emulsion and heavy ANFO Mobile Manufacturing Units (MMUs) for TMS, designed to meet the diverse blasting requirements of surface mining and quarrying operations.

Cruiser charging unit (CCU)

TMS’ Compact Charging Unit (CCU) is a versatile and efficient charging system designed for use with BME’s emulsion formulations across both surface and underground blasting applications.

Bulk technical support vehicle

Built on a robust 4.2L 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser platform, this vehicle is fully equipped with advanced technical and monitoring capabilities to support on-site operations and help optimise blasting performance.

Mini-Charger portable charging unit (PCU) This PCU represents the latest in pumpable emulsion technology, purpose-designed for narrow orebody mining operations. Built to withstand demanding underground conditions, the unit is lightweight and compact enough to be easily transported into stopes by mine personnel, combining durability with practical on-site mobility.

Maxi-Charger

Designed for rapid and efficient reloading in large development and stoping faces, this unit features a high-performance pump that supports longer hose lengths and can connect up to six emulsion bags simultaneously, helping improve charging efficiency and productivity underground.

TMS’s PLTS service is designed for customers who require TMS’ team to perform a full blasting service. This service ensures that skilled resources

This service option is ideal for companies whose core business is not blast planning and execution. TMS takes on the responsibility for the full operation, safety, and management of the blast service.

ROCK ON GROUND SERVICE (ROG)

In this comprehensive service to the client, TMS takes full responsibility from blast design to analysing fragmented rock (excluding drilling), allowing the client to outsource this function with value being measured on fragmentation quality and volume of broken rock.
